At Cushions Unlimited, our policy is to
provide you with an easy-to-use service. If you find that your order
is damaged, we will gladly fix the problem providing goods are
returned within 14 days of receipt. Cost of return freight shall be
the responsibility of the
customer.
This policy covers all of the items sold on this website.
When an order is received and you would like to alter or make changes
on the existing products that was not on the original order,
there
will be a charge for further services.
Because each product is
custom made, all orders placed are final and will be made exactly as
ordered (according to the email confirmation that you receive).
We
cannot take returns for squabs, canvas covers
or legs that do not fit unless
it is a mistake at our end. Please be certain that the squabs,
canvas covers or legs that you are ordering will fit your furniture.
PLEASE NOTE :- We are
unable to accept squabs, canvas covers and all item returns due to
color or pattern dislike. Fabric samples are
also available upon request prior to shipping. Since squabs are custom
made, it is not possible to accept returns for this reason. Your
cooperation is appreciated. It is recommended that you request fabric
samples before ordering.
No cancellation of orders will be honored after the fabric has
been cut.
If there is a problem
with the order, please let us know and we will respond to your
request as soon as possible.
Warranty Information:-
Cushions Unlimited warrants
quality and craftsmanship of our products for a period of one year
from the original invoice date. This warranty is limited to normal
use and proper care by the purchaser.
IT DOES NOT INCLUDE
COMMERCIAL USES or normal fading of fabrics. Printed
acrylics and printed polyester fabrics are not warranted against
fading.
Cushions Unlimited is not liable if the customer fails to use proper
cleaning techniques in caring for and maintaining fabrics. For
proper cleaning instructions, please refer to the
fabric care labels page
Warranty is void if
failure of product is caused by acts of nature, accident, neglect,
abuse and/or failure to take reasonable care of the product. All
measurements and specifications are approximate.
Helpful Tips :-
- Do not machine wash your
cushions and/or fabrics
- Use caution when opening the box with a
knife - Choose the best fabric for your climate
Delivery time :- Because
some items are custom hand-made, production and delivery times may
vary.
Some aspects to take into mind that can affect waiting times are:

It is often thought that our items are
made up and can be pulled right off the shelf as orders come in
while in some instances this is so in other instances that is not
the case. Because we take pride in our items and make them with
quality craftsmanship, all orders must go through a certain
process before production can even begin. Again times may vary on
size and difficulty of order.
The general process for making
an example order is as follows:- 1- Order is received. 2- Items
on order are checked and verified on material usage. 3- Order
enters production. 4- Order is shipped out to you.
Please note all sizes are approximate and the measurements
are across the middle of cushions from seam to seam.
Corners are purposely tapered to prevent the corners from sticking
out.
