New foam can
be supplied in any density ( soft, medium or firm ) and thickness,
we suggest a foam
thickness between 60mm and 100mm.

measurements of your squabs.
Photos
and hand drawn diagrams are always
very helpful.
Squabs over 2
metres long are best made in 2 pieces.
We have a good selection of hard wearing, well priced fabrics
to choose from on our
Fabrics Page and are happy to share experience and advice to guide
your decision making.

courier to customers anywhere in New Zealand.

please let us know the following information :
1) Description and measurements of
squabs, including photos and hand drawn
diagrams as in examples on right, if possible.
2) What
foam thickness
and density
you would like.
3) What fabric you like
from our
Fabric Range.
(as a guide for pricing)
4) If
you want plain or piped seams.
5) Your address for
the courier delivery cost.

To Place an order :
1) Email us
your request including all your information as above.
2) We will reply promptly usually within 24 hrs weekdays.
3) If the quote is accepted we require a one third deposit
payment to confirm the order. Payment can be made by online banking.
4) The two thirds balance payment is due
when the squabs are ready, we would email a photo
of the finished work for
their approval and on receipt of the two thirds balance
payment we courier off the squabs.
5) All
work is done to a high standard and the measurements and
instructions the customer supplies. If there is a genuine
problem with workmanship we guarantee to rectify it at no cost to the customer. For further information please

6) If the fabric is immediately available,
squabs are ready to
courier to you, in approximately
4
weeks from the time of confirmation and deposit payment.
